Residential Dryer Vent Cleaning is typically side by side washer and dryer set up where the dryer can be slid out to access the interior termination. We will access all roof and wall terminations that do not require the assistance of a 28ft ladder. This is the only way to confirm the dryer vent termination is up to building code.
What’s included:
Sweep the dryer vent ducting end to end
Cleaning the exterior roof or wall vent damper to confirm proper operation
Vacuum and clean the dryer hose and resecure to the appliance
Assess the dryer vent system to make sure it meets International Residential Code (IRC), specifically Section M1502 (Clothes Dryer Exhaust).
Vacuum and clean the area behind the dryer while appliance is out.
Bird nest and screen removal
-Stackable Units may require separate pricing due to the complexity of accessing the wall termination
-Some set ups require only a Simple Cleaning, which is when the dryer makes a short pass through to exterior of the building.
